Scaremail Mailing FAQs

For US based customers, your first letter will always be trackable. Tracking is not available on all subsequent letters or outside the US based customers.

When I founded Scaremail I knew each letter would require to be designed, folded and mailed with care. I hand package, stamp and mail each letter so when it arrives the presentation is up the standard I have set and work to maintain. As a result, each mailing takes time to ensure I have appropriate materials and people to help us with each mailing.

To ensure we have time and resources for each mailing I do have cutoff times of the Thursday before the 2nd Friday and the Thursday before the 4th Friday. If you order before the 2nd Friday, you will be part of the 1st mailing of the month. If you order between the 2nd and 4th Friday - you will be part of the first mailing of the following month. However, you will always get your first letter mailed in 3 days or less.

Contact me, after 4 weeks in the US or 6 weeks internationally I will resend the letter at no additional cost. Please reach out using this link: Contact Me

Send me a message using this form to ensure we get the address updated. I also recommend always setting mail to forward to your new address. Contact Me

Send me a message using this form and I'll update the address, and if you’re not able to get the letter to your recipient I will resend the letter(s) to them so they can have an uninterrupted experience.

Mail times outside the US vary. If you haven’t received your letter after 6 weeks of the first mail date, please let me know. I may need to resend the letter or look into previously unknown mail delays or issues in your area.
