Processing & Shipping Times
We utilize multiple carriers to deliver packages within the United States and internationally.

Letters: Ship within 1–3 business days of your order date.

All other products: Ship within 3–5 business days after payment is verified and processed (excluding weekends and holidays).
When your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing the shipping carrier and tracking number (exceptions noted below for international letters).
Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. We reserve the right to select the carrier that best fits our shipping needs at the time of fulfillment.
Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate, including correct abbreviations.

We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Providing your email address is encouraged in case we need to contact you regarding your order.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s), minus the original shipping charge.
International Orders

Delivery times vary by destination.

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

For orders outside the United States, Letter #1 ships without tracking. Subsequent letters will include tracking where available.

All prices on our site are in USD. Currency conversion is handled by your bank.

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs authorities require us to state the value of your order on the package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, shipping method, and distance from our warehouse. The exact cost for your order is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided in the automated order confirmation email sent to the email address on file, except where excluded for international Letter #1 shipments.
Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charge plus the cost of returning the package to us. These amounts will be deducted from any credit issued.
Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

You must contact the delivery carrier directly to resolve the issue.

We do not accept responsibility or issue refunds for packages the carrier confirms as delivered.
Changes
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
