Q/A
Q: What can we expect of you?
A: Hopefully a piece of me and my imagination in every book. When you read my work, you’re reading hours of research, plot development, character creation, all under the umbrella of my own style of writing.
Q: What's your "style" of writing?
A: I like a lot of character driven plots full of intense scenes and moments of levity. My crime thrillers are so realistic they’ll raise your heart rate and make you sweat. My horror ranges from slow-burn paranormal to absolute terror. I think you’ll find something you enjoy in my catalogue.
Q: What got you into writing?
A: I remember as a kid I used to write stories, and read a lot more than I wrote. I remember looking at the author’s name in the front of the book, recognizing the effort it took to finish the story. I remember the world they dropped me in. I want to give those memories to my readers
Q: What else do you do?
A: I have a background in law enforcement and served in the military. Years back i started a personal training business but shut it down to pursue writing as my sole venture. I also enjoy working with my hands and recently picked up leather-craft with the goal one day to design my own duty belt.
Q: What inspires you?
A: A while back, I saw authors un-boxing their stories and seeing their book for the first time. The results of their work and their dreams in their hands and their tears of joy. They seemed overwhelmed. I’m seeking that moment, months of work for 30 seconds of tears. Oh, and my wife says my stories are great.
Q: Coffee or tea?
A: Always coffee. I am somewhat of a snob and I'm not afraid to say it.
Q: Dogs or cats?
A: Dogs. Cats want to watch the world burn.
Q: How do we reach you?
A: My favorite way to connect is via email. I answer each one personally and if you take the time to message me, I’ll message back.
