A: I have a generous 100% receipt policy. I will resend any letter that doesn't arrive within a timely manner so you can experience the entire story.
Q: Are these trackable?
A: Your first letter will include tracking(US). Subsequent letters will ship free but will not have tracking available.
Q: I am ordering this as a gift for someone that doesn't have internet access - can they still fully participate in Scaremail?
A: Yes! I do provide some additional content online for each story, but access to the internet is not required to participate in Scaremail.
